I need help in Creative

I joined and died

 

My inventory is cleared the book is gone im just dead still

No, it doesn't work. My brother has had this before. If the book is removed from your inventory, you usually keep dying. So what he did, is as soon as he got the book, he didn't click respawn, you just quit the game by pressing the "X" to close the minecraft window. Just don't click re spawn or return to title screen. Just leave it at the dead screen, and then exit the game.

I think this only works if the book is still in your inventory though, if it is out, I don't think this will work

State your problem, your in game name, and what server it is in, and the should be able to fix it. They will probably just clear you player inventory data
