I was playing mineverse with my Sponsor rank, then one day, I see in the hub I have my rank, Then I join creative, and i don't have it. I dont have acces to my commands either, Please give it back moderators.

hello, when crew moved databases last week, many people lost their ranks and such. i believe they are working on it, but you could create a support ticket

 

^ If the issue is only present on Creative, then that will be fixed soon. A hardware issue made the pex file get rolled back.

If you're missing Sponsor on more gamemodes than just Creative, then make a support ticket where you provide your rank and IGN. (https://www.mineverse.com/support-tickets)
