There is a bug on kitpvp where if you already have a rank like elite and you get commander the elite rank goes away and I would like this fixed because I payed for the rank and you get crappier stuff with commander then you do with elite

Hello i might me be able to help you, When you buy a rank it might take some time to update on all servers.
For example when i bought [God] it took about a day to update on all servers.

1. did you ever have Elite on kitpvp? if so did you buy commander by mistake?
2. If you have rank Elite on other server Like (prison,skyblock etc...) and not kitpvp? Could u maybe provide evidence .e.g Gyazo Pic or a screenshot. If you can please provide it in this thread.

There's a warning on a sign in-game you should of read to prevent people from doing this. Cyp might give your rank back if you supply evidence of you having the rank.
