I actually wanna get in one, despite this video. Whats it like and how much can I get a cheap bargain?
I have. They are super fun. The places they go are usually extremely beautiful and have fun excursions. If you get sea sick they are a bit less fun, but they have medicine for sea sickness so it isn't too bad. They are usually expensive. You also have to pay for any excursion or anything that you want to do off of the ship. There are a lot of small costs that you don't think about, but they add up quickly. It honestly depends on where you want to go, for how long, and where you leave from. I suggest looking up prices and comparing them (do it in an incognito tab though because they track your history and if you have visited multiple travel sights the prices usually go up). I did enjoy it though and I would recommend going on one someday, if you can afford it.
I have been on a cruise ship once, and very fortunate to go on another one in December this year (hype!). What makes me so excited for a cruise ship is basically the thrill, the joy, the activities and the fun that anyone can have during their experience. Depending on the cruise line you decide to choose, activities varies from cruise lines to another. But, no matter what activity may difference each other, all of them are meant for you to have the best time of your life. Those are just the on board activities I'm talking about, not including the multiple excursions you can purchase (not included in the cruise ticket purchase), the tours at the places you visit, and all sorts of shopping and dining wherever you visit and even on board. But beware, like Random mentioned, a lot of small fees come with most of the on board items (such as alcoholic beverages, arcade/casino tokens, shopping, etc.). While on my first cruise, my family and I weren't prepared for big waves to hit the cruise while in the middle of the ocean, which left both my dad, my uncle and myself with quite some sea sickness. The one thing we didn't prepare for was medicine for the sea sickness, which left myself sleeping in my room for the entire day thinking this would get worst (which didn't, it was just that day). I can't really tell you any cheap bargains, but if you're thinking of going on a cruise, expect to look at cruises 1-2 years in advance, when it's not fully booked and the prices are reasonably low. Don't expect it to be very low prices, they will be fairly priced.
I dont think I can get sea sick, cause I have been on a boat a few times and was able to manage that with no problem. I just didnt eat anything before I got on :P. Also thanks for the tip on the cost, I know that cruises can be quite pricey, considering I hear people spend up to 9k on Disney Cruises and I just assume that cruses are expensive from that :P What are the amenities you can get, besides a room with a functional shower, on the cruse you went on? So pretty much what I pay for cruise is a room with no meal service and the oppurtunity to stand on the deck? Also don't eat anything before you go on a cruise ship or an a boat :P It helps a lot. Personally its better to not eat anything before going out to sea and buying some snacks offered there than buying a nausea medication or sea sickness medication, which can be expensive
We had to pay special for drink passes. You get three meals a day and it's great. We got assigned a "dining hall" but they were a fancy sit down restaurant type. The food was amazing. They had different daily activities. It had a casino on it (I was young so I couldn't go in it it lol). The pool was salt water but it was fun. They had a kids area, just different fun activities each day. They give you a list of the stuff happening and it was honestly an amazing experience. I hope to go on another one some day.
LOL same here I never been on one. I heard they're quite expensive to travel on, but I believe if you research right you could get a bargain ;)
Ooohhhhh thats why. I was doing some research and apparently with an ocean view you get access to a full course meal along with access to rock climbing, Shops and more :>
I've only been on a ship once when I was younger but got my family kicked off before we set sail for talking about shipwrecks and the Titanic.
You pay for the room, obviously a room with a deck will cost you more than a room in the middle of the ship perhaps. We had a deck when we went on our first cruise, it was small but definitely worth the view! I'm pretty sure we had to pay for the restaurant (reserved spots and the food) for the entire trip, but like Random said above, it's basically a walk-in where you go between this certain period of time and you get your menu (it usually tends to change with the theme of the area you go to) and order once ready. Carnival all the way ;) Rock climbing wall sounds a little too exaggerated for a cruise room. If you see rock climbing walls, you might be looking at a rather larger (just a tiny bit) room than a normal 4 person room for example. Unless, the rock climbing wall is on the side to get on the bunk above (they're in the ceiling!). There are many advantages of going on a cruise ship. If you're still a kid inside and/or going with younger kids, I suggest looking at Carnival themed cruise lines, not just the Carnival cruise line, but the whole fleet of different cruise lines they own. I would personally suggest Carnival, but the others might fit your own personality. But well, if you don't fit into the "kids" section of cruises, you can still expect the same amount of fun on any Carnival cruise line. Other cruise lines like Royal Caribbean might suit your taste. That's my point of view on the whole cruise experience. Hopefully it helps!
For a sec I thought it was a Ford. And LOL Is Carnival cruise that good  Or any cruise line is great? And thanks for your experience, I would read it again for like 20 times lol
I've only been on Carnival, and I enjoy it to the max. There is practically nothing negative about the cruise line, which makes it that amazing. I wouldn't be able to tell you anything about other cruise lines, but there is always something different with each of them.
