ok yesterday i buyer the Upgrade from VIP to MVP and its been over a day my friend told me i have to be logged on and do it so i buyer it again and i was logged on and I'm still VIP i don't know whats going on but really i have been waiting almost 2 days please noobcrew fix this thx u

As Mr Parkour said, do you have proof of this purchase? Is it on your bank statement or do you have a receipt? Check your confirmation page (always save or print) as it has an email address for any issues that occurred regarding the transaction. Email the address listed about your problem.
