3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He scammed me for 1.35k on kit pvp. The deal was to give him 1.35k for a rank upgrade and when i get the rank i give him 4 p4d3 sets on kit pvp. He also said that if he got banned he would ban evade and that is also on video.
   
4. Evidence/full screenshots: My evidence is in a youtube video. The video`s link is here > It is a long video as it was made in 4 clips for time reasons and it is fully unedited. The timestamp he scammed me was on 8:55
