There's not too much to be said really. All I know personally is that Pony was banned for sending putrid PM's :P

Cyp had to ban them. If they really were "Sexting" while underage it's considered Child Pornography. The site could be taken down if that were to be seen by federal officials as it's Highly Illegal.
