I don't understand Signatures...

    I mean, Everytime i want to put a signature of my own, either if its a picture or something, it says
    "Your Signature has been Modified, Please read the rules" and on "rules" there is a link that sends me to no where :(

    someone help me and tell me how to put my signature because I want to make a signature of my own too
