      • My exact in game name is: Chebast
      • My purchased rank is/was: God
      • My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I have a problem when i am on survival i don't have my rank.

      Email [email protected] with the proof you have that rank and that you do not have it.

      Please do not Gyazo the pictures btw cause people use color code to make it look like they have it to get a free rank.

      If they do not reply in a week or so send it again.

      Sometimes it does it when you buy a rank and you never joined a server.
