I joined the server and the only rank i got is premim and i can't do anything as im not a prison rank im not a b c or d etc please help

Have you tried ranking up at all?

 

Try emailing [email protected]
with:

• your in-game name
• the issue
• which game mode
• proof of the issue

You should email [email protected], just like tads said. They should help you with this problem in 1-2 Days.

 

Email support, give them your ign, rank you bought and transaction id.
