Though this doesn't show what rank you have purchased i'd suggest emailing [email protected] with this same screen shot followed by a screenshot of your billing information. For example if you used paypal, login to paypal and where it shows you purchased "God" rank with an order id number. Take a screenshot and send that to them as well!
