My Minecraft name is Jennugh but my previous names where Jenna123panda, Jenna_Games and CastielsAngel. on skygrid i cannot access my chests. they are are claimed "Jenna_Games" and i would really like to start playing again so if anyone can help me please contact me. thankyou

 

Hello there, You can do two things to solve this problem,
Either change your name back OR email [email protected]

- Scrub

 

The same thing happened to me when I played skygrid back in the day when it was popular so I quit xD

Yea i would try to email support or wait the 30 days to change my name

 

Change your name back or email Mineverse Support; [email protected] That should fix your problem that you're having.

the only way to fix this is by changing your name back or emailing our support team.
