Handled I can't join creative anymore?

Hi, I used to be a frequent mineverse visitor that mainly used creative. My ingame name is GlassMemories. For some reason, after attempting to visit my friend's plot (Basically_Fluffy), I was automatically disconnected. After that, I tried to rejoin mineverse, which worked but I couldn't join creative anymore. If I try to join, I am automatically brought back to the lobby. However, it does say this exact message: "The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server". I thought creative was reset for some reason, but my other friend(Mira_Eth) told me he could join creative when I couldn't. I couldn't join using Minechat using /creative as well. Is there anything wrong with the plot I tried to visit? Or is there something else wrong? Please help me rejoin creative again :3 Thank you...

There are multiple things that could be happening, these include you crashing at the plot you're at or a near by one, having a crash item in your inventory or being banned.
I check your account, and you are not banned so that's good. For the other too however, you can buy a free inventory clear or a free tp to spawn on http://shop.mineverse.com/category/787776. No need to use a credit card or anything, just add it to your name and claim it for free.
