When I try to create a chest shop on opprison when somebody buys or sells an item I don't get any money, could it be my username is too long? It is TheKingOfKings75 also I created a name change and when I try to dispose of my plot or clear it or add I cannot because it says I do not own it, my old username was nathanemma1009 the plot ID is -114;19 my new username is TheKingOfKings75 can someone please help me with my chest shops and my plot thank you, its in op prison.

 

Is your full username written on the sign?? If not this could be the reason :/

 

@TheKingofKings75 I see you have changed your name. I dont know about chest shops, but I know you cant change your plot (dispose/clear/deny etc) until you change your name back.

Write an email to [email protected] and Tell them all the details. Give them your new name and they can easily fix your plot and shop. :_)
