3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming me 1.5 mil on Prison saying he would rank upgrade JCook1005 (friend of mine) from supreme to god. The screenshots show me stating the deal, him agreeing to it, me paying and he never upgraded. Please ignore the first screenshot, it's just Cyp getting squashed by an anvil that shouldn't be there. JCook1005 is still supreme, I can provide a screenshot for that too or you could just check the buycraft. This was this morning but I gave it some time in case the rank was delayed.
