1st: You either skype them or tell them to record a video.

2nd: Tell them goto the bottom left it will have a symbol like this http://gyazo.com/2082c4bad4def078bd98eca11b2bbe0d

3rd: Tell them to type in a hack client [Examples] Resilience, Huzuni, Weepcraft, Nodus, etc.

4th: If something like this pops up like [Example] Resilience 1.2.5.zip or something like that.

5th: It would be like this [Note] I have hacked so of course i would have the clients. Watch carefully. Please mind the music i was listening to.
