Im here to tell you how to get help from a mod! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 1) Please message us if you need us to watch someone you think is hacking. If you type it in chat its very hard to notice it while the rest of chat is moving. Step 2) Please don't spam us. First of all it is very annoying having someone messaging you tp tp tp tp hacker omg helppppppp a trillion times. I normally message you back saying I'm there or one second if I'm helping another player. Give us time to respond. Step 3) If we can't help right away or don't respond PLEASE record the hacker and report on the forums! Sometimes we are helping someone else or afk for a second it really helps us out for you to report! So if a mod can't help you at that exact second, if they are afk, or if no mods are online it REALLY helps us if you report! I hope this helps you! Thanks so much! ~Abbie <3
They shouldn't be afking at all honestly. Otherwise great guide, hopefully this helps you guys out in the long run. You should also add if you mention hacking in public chat, the hacker may turn off the hacks.
Another thing to add on to this. (This applies to both dealing with hackers and in general) If you see us online please, do not call us out in chat, most of the time we are trying to catch rule breakers such as hackers and people saying stuff in the chat, calling us out blows what little cover we have and makes it very hard to do our job. If you call us out on purpose to annoy us and such, keep in mind we can ban you for doing that (classifies as trolling). If you see us and wish to alert us to something or just say hello than you can always msg us, but unless we're talking in chat and such please don't call us out.
Well not afk as in gone for ages I mean if we were grabbing a charger or dealing with something on fourms or even going to grab a snack. Normally I will say hello in chat if I’m not trying to stay on the downlow. Great point Youtuber!
