Quite a simple solution, demote everyone and let the players make their own moderation force. Trust me this is absolutely the best solution and there is no other way we can resolve this “issue”

fr tho i don't see much of an issue with the current staff team, apart from the fact that a few are inactive. most seem to be able to do their *cough* unpaid jobs which include banning hackers and muting rude people. sure there's the issue with suggestions not being taken on board as quickly as we like, but we have to remember that staff are volunteers and this is a game, they have lives outside of minecraft and so we can't expect every suggestion to be implemented immediately. as for the applicants / ex applicants that are salty abt not getting promoted quick enough, well.. that's on another thread :D
