So, many people have been asking; "Why isn't my pv working", "I can't do /staff?!" There is a solution to this problem, if you have a kit that includes ender-pearls do these steps: 1. First, use your ender-pearl kit /kit major and up, /kit fight and /kit tempest do not have ender-pearls. 2. Throw the ender-pearl anywhere. 3. Try doing your desired command, and it will be enabled. I'm really not sure how you could access the command(s) without ender-pearls, I advise trying to re-log, if you still cannot open your player vault I don't have more then my suggestions.
