No, there is no way to do so.

Yeh you can, upload it to Dropbox or something and paste the link

 

You can drag it and place it on the text section it will download it or you could click on the picture image in the text area and then search up the file. otherwise you can use things like Imgur.com which i personaly use its good there are many options :D
