Just drag it on your bog where you type the message

If you take a look at the post reply button right below it is a "Upload a File" Button, Click on it and select a picture from your desktop and it will load, then click "FULL IMAGE"

That or on an image right click and hit copy image, then hit Ctrl and V at the same time and it will paste, hope that helped.
