No support. I think our team is fine as it is, adding more ranks would only complicate things further. We already have 7 staff positions (Not including builders), and that seems good enough. Nothing wrong with the idea in general, but it's just not really needed here in my opinion.
No support, it's not needed. Btw this is just my opinion and not doesn't really matter but, say a normal member made this thread nearly everyone would no support, I think you know why. And it's like when a mod says he's or she is really good on a mod app, everyone who said no support changes mind. I'm not saying that staff should have a say, but I was just pointing this out.
I made a thread on this a while back, except for Trial-Mod. I think this would be an excellent way to test applicants, to see whether they're staff hungry, or genuinely a good moderator.
With all of these people not supporting because they're worried it would complicate things, the helper rank tends to streamline things in my opinion. Honestly, I don't see the harm in giving the helper rank a try.
Neutral. I feel the server could use a little more help. The other the reason which makes me think this rank isn't needed was stated by Exstatisfy.
Support I have seen this suggestion before and some of the moderators definitely fit under the Helper category
Support. Possible add-on..? /jail on prison? As it's technically helping due to a lot of people using contraband while mods are offline?
He stated he didn't want builders as @Daddy said on his profile, but he got them anyways. xD Would this rank continue to forums? If so. What would helpers have perms to do?
As Shelby said we already do have 7 staff positions (Excluding Builders) honestly we sure do not need a 8th (Again excluding builders) I feel as if this rank is completely unnecessary as the staff team is doing absolutely amazing themselves. If their suppose to help us how will they? If they do not have access to /fly & /god (not listed) potentially /ban? Or are they suppose to kick the hacker? Because they'll just keep coming back. Like Doc asked, would this be carried on to forums? Any who no support, sorry.
