Send an email to [email protected] with your in game name, problem, proof of which game modes you are missing your rank on, and proof that you have the rank. You might not get an immediate response, so try sending the same email once every week.
Have you tried relogging? Sometimes you need to have been on there 2 or 3 times for the rank to work properly. If it still doesn't work, send an email to [email protected]
You're probably lagging... That happened to me once too. If you wait a while, then maybe restart your computer, that might help.
