Hi, nearly a year ago I changed my name from Cambo_aka_Alpha to SpaceManEminence. Ever since I changed my name I have been able to access my plot / rank / anything of my old names account on OP Prison. If I could at least get access to my Plot that would be great :D

 

You weren't able to name change a year ago, but, do you have proof that it is your plot?

Such as a recording showing the command /plot info, showing that no one is added but you are able to build.

Once you have that email support Here or click the 'Contact Us' button on the bottom right of the forum page, it should look like this.

 

@Censor I don't have proof with recording :/ but my friend Dash145 (Now known as ToxicGhost) can because I added him to the plot. I never recorded on OP Prison

 

Message one of the staff, they will be able to help you.

1 You change your name back to old name.
2 When you can change your name back, dispose your plots
3. Change your name
4. Quickly re claim your plots back, be careful as people can claim your disposes plots, but this is very, very unlikely.
5. ENJOY!
(Or, you could go to [email protected] although you should bump the email (Just reply to it) every week (give or take), then Cyp will listen to you, as he gets a lot of messages and can become very busy.)

 

This could work I guess or just get someone to /seen you it will say your old names

 

When I do /seen Cambo_aka_Alpha it says I've never joined the server
