Here's the thing, it never stated in the official shop that you can join a full server when having a donator rank.
I just think this was a typo.

 

I don't think we will ever have it so donors can join full games as it'll make the team unbalanced and unfair. We'll have to get that message changed. Thanks for pointing that out. ;p
