Hello this is ToxicGhost or i use to be dash145 i changed my name and nothing is wrong on the server (except for survival i sent mv support an email but never got a respond) and back to my problem. how do i change my forum name from dash145 to ToxicGhost?

Okay then hover over your name by alerts and inbox. Then click personal details that will pop up by hovering over your name. Then scroll to the very bottom and hit User name change and fill out the information. Good luck and PM me if you have anymore problems ;).

I doubt it, the co owner is on vacation and we're not informed of this.
