Here is a heads up on what I'm making this week:

• product: strudels, turnovers, palmiers, cheese straws, sausage rolls, eccles cakes
• croissant: plain and pain au chocolat
• danish: butterhorns, diamonds, pull throughs, twin rolls, rosettes (optional) and pinwheels (optional)

and we have a test and a reflection :(

A cheese straw is a thin strip of pastry, flavored with cheese and eaten as a snack.
