Our server has 2 staff ranks; Moderator, and Head-Moderator. Excluding the obvious: Owner, Co-Owner, and forum administrator, which we only have one of in each part.
Moderators:
Mods are basically the officers/patrols of the server. They handle people who break the rules, and keep the forums clean.

Head Moderators:
Head-Mods are the "leaders" of our mods. Although they may have some more permissions than them, they aren't much different.

I'm not that familiar with what permissions Head Mods have, but I know it's not enough. We need people with similar permissions as an admin. Currently the only people on Mineverse with the ability to handle permissions/plot issues/specific server plugin issues, are our owners. With Mineverse having around 1000 people online on a daily basis... This is simply not enough.

Take a look at the 'Help' forum section. People are posting there constantly with issues related to things that only 2 people on here can help with. Let's get some more people that can help them.

Permissions I believe Head-Mods should have:
• Access to private/shop signs on all game modes
- Players after changing their names will loose access to their chests. Prison is really the only place head mods (I think this perm might even only be given to head guards) that they have this permission.
• Plot permissions
- Have access to commands for another players plot. (For those who have plot issues after a name change)
• Ability to handle [email protected] emails.
- If head-mods were to have the permission to fix the issues that are usually emailed about, why not be able to help out with them?
