Has he tried getting a free TP to spawn from the shop?

 

he tried to log in game

 

ask him to buy a free tp to spawn and clear inventory, and if that doesn't work, ask him to go onto Minechat, go onto creative, and do /spawn.

 

Won't the "You need to move before chatting" show up?

And why is the title about Creative when you are talking about OPPrison.

 

last time I did it, which was last week, it worked.

 

That doesn't come up for commands.

 

I mean Op-Prison lol.

 

Did you already try buying a teleport to spawn?

Is so you can request a head or senior staff to teleport him out.
