I got Titan earlier today, but I didn't get titan prefix on kitpvp, where it says "Titan" in the chat, but in tab it does.

This works on other servers, but not on kitpvp.
Please get this fixed.

 

You should have access to /kit titan , yes? If you do give it a couple of days and it will change in chat. Did it to me or there and a couple other gamemodes too.

Just wait a while, and use titan kit on kitpvp every now and then, hope that helps.

just send an email with the following to [email protected] if you dont get a response within 2 days resend the email but be patient

On what servers he is missing the rank
Evidence he actually have this rank (screenshot)

 

I'm sorry to hear about you not having your rank on Kit Pvp.

Sending an email to [email protected] following the below template is the quickest possible way to get this problem fixed. You will probably not get an immediate response, so just send an email with the same message once a week. Another possibility is to contact the admins here on the forums, or find them in game. But both of those will take longer or have a small chance of happening.
