First look at 0:02, his head snaps as soon as the hacker starts b-hopping away from him. Look at his headsnap at 0:05 after he bow-boosts himself. Then look at 0:07, it is actually comical, he is hitting every single hit as Hypnos b-hops all the way around him. He gets more hits than the blatant hacker. A similar thing happens at 0:12...you can't keep perfect aim when someone is moving around you that fast. "mrcibz" is clearly toggling some version of kill-aura. Evidence/full screenshots:
