3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking. Auto Armour.

You can see when the armour pop noise, he doesn't change hotbar. It happened twice. Once at the start with his boots (Confirmed). Second time when he was very low, but I can't identify which piece of armour it was.
