Hey Mineverse, you all will just call this pointless but so be it.

I've been wondering for quite sometime now, why do we allow people who can DdoS on the server?

We ban the hackers but not the people who DdoS?

This is quite simple, why don't Cyp and Crew make a rule where no DdoSing is allowed of perm lobby ban? It's kind of annoying where someone will get DdoS'd by a wannabe hacker who likes to DdoS to kill, if this was a rule for "No DdoSing Or Perm Lobby Ban" Less people will get DdoS'd & more people wont quit.

we can't prove who is ddosing. We've gotten them proven a couple times and cyp has made it his goal to keep those ones banned. Good luck proving ddos as screenshots aren't enough.

I know a few people who DdoS, I'd happily tell Cyp if he pm's me or comments here or anywhere else.

Threats and actual DdoSing is completely different. I can't even do it anyway.

anyone can ddos it's not hard at all. You would have to provide sufficient evidance to prove so good luck simple pm or screenshots are not enough.

Just cause there is a rule doesn't mean people will follow them.

Like island farming? My friend does that all the time.

Well, this isn't entirely pointless, for starters. This issue is serious, but what TheRealxtreme said, we can't prove someone actually DDoSed you, unless you have a lot of evidence proving that they did, and your not lying. We could add maybe a rule stating not to threaten people that you're going to DDoS them, and the punishment could be a mute.

Honestly I don't see the point of this thread.

On kitpvp you've threatened people in global chat. You've had history of threatening people.

If this gets accepted then your plan has technically backfired on you.. smh

Just don't let anyone get your IP. Don't add people on skype you don't trust. I heard teamspeak is a good way to get somones IP.

"Teamspeak is a good way to get someone's IP" On teamspeak, you cannot gain an IP through teamspeak. That's why people prefer Teamspeak over Skype. Teamspeak is a lot more private. If you want to join the teamspeak for mineverse join skyblock.teamspeak3.com :)

Exactly. It's also not good to make your IGN the same as your skype username
