I saw this person, he was near the old mine wasn't he ?
I think it is a glitch but not totally sure and could be a hack.

 

He was flying really high it wad totally not a glitch. And yes, he was near the old mine. I was using optifine and zoomed onto him so he doesn't look like he's really high but he is.

 

Yeah I tried to hit him with arrows and was just like he had a shield, although still maybe of been glitch like maybe he jumped out spawn and fired him onto blocks that aren't suppose to be there or something, I don't know.
But yeah possible a hack.

I'm almost positive it was fly hack. Because he shifted and he glided down. I sadly have no proof of that but i'll get it if this isn't enough.
