I told him to race then, when he was already IV (which you cant enter level IV after you become one) Well he flew over the top of spawn and started to say im in IV !!!!!!!!!! I got a picture of him saying how he told New_Atlus that he had flown over the top of spawn. Also I got the picture of him on top of it.
Yes, I remember this. That guy probably has a hacked client enabling him to fly. I also recall him refusing to answer the fact that he hacks. Maybe you could have gotten that as one last piece of evidence, this would be complete.
