NOTICE - I simply Googled the recent issues with the Optifine changes due to Name Changes. I found a thread created by a user (Lemon) on Hive. I though I could help some of you by showing you the way I recovered my Optifine cape. I hope this helps! :D If you "lost" your optifine cape you can change the username it's on by logging in here HERE . This doesn't use your Minecraft password so you might need to request a password for it. To clarify, it's not your Minecraft password you login with. You need to request a password which you'll receive via email. If you're still having issues try emailing optifine to see if they can help, there's nothing more we can do. https://optifine.net/contact Spoiler: Images Please do not tell me that this does not work, because it obviously does as others have tried, and they have retrieved their cape back. If you do not receive your cape, then you are doing something wrong. Do not tell me that it does not work. Also, do not ask me, "what if this happened" because I have no clue.
