In the new thread, make an application following the template, put effort into it, detail, don't rush it! Add colour and spacing (For effect, maybe look at accepted applications). Bit mean xD A lot of low level servers accept applications like this, I used to have a server, and applications like this came in a LOT, so I think people are just used to making short applications and expecting to get staff, without being active either.
I think you should have to work towards being able to get staff rather than just saying "I want staff" which a lot of people do. Also, I've seen this person advertise a Death Warp on Skyblock.
I know, this server has a top-notch staff team, so you must at least try and make a top-notch application ;)
