      /rtp on GTA keeps teleporting me into people often with good thing it is really annoying as i am always getting spawn killed. this needs to be fixed

      It's all random sometimes you wont get teleported to big gangs and sometimes you will.

      /rtp now has a safe period.
      It's randomized so there is no way for the big gangs to know you'll tp there.
