      2. The offender's forums account name: I dont know...
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They scammed me for 2.5k for a torch. I think he transfered the money on to his alt WhiteArowPro and he has like 2 more. If its possible id like to see his recent money transfers.
