Support, if it's more than two months, it really just shows the lack of effort and sincerity. However, I think this should only be inapplicable when there is a real excuse and the Moderator applicant has to state that in his Mod App (reasons for inactivity, etc.)
Support. If they don't bump it in 2 months, they should have to redo a mod app if they still want the position.
