Hello all! Some of you may remember me, others might not. Before I explain my title, I have collaborated some stories from when I first joined till now! I joined Mineverse 2 years ago and back then I had Minecraft for only 1 year (July 2013) and spent that 1 year mainly on singleplayer for at last 6 months as I didn't know about multiplayer servers until a few months later (Decemeber 2013 was when I joined a huge server, which is still huge and which I will not say due to advertising; this was my first server I joined) then took a huge break as I lost interest in Minecraft in general. When I joined Mineverse sometime in 2014, I really didn't know what to do... btw this was a time when there wasn't as much and things like minigames, opprison, gta and some more which i don't remember didn't exist until earlier! I don't remember how but I seemed to remember my first gamemode I played was Infection! Back then I only really played on Infection (which I still continued to play), OpPvP and Creative... Unfortunately until some time last year, a situation occured on creative when I was playing for at least 3 months where my inventory was glitched with an item in it that would not let me respawn, not letting me walk, move (if you've been portal-trapped, it's similar to this) and then eventually crash the game. This situation wasn't resolved until a year later when a reset or something happened that eventually fixed my problem. Also I remember not being the only one happy to get on creative! Infection was really my main game and I did play infection a lot and before the reset I worked up till P10 and reached the highest rank in-game along with many other people way before me! In some ways the reset was good as it was quite boring with no challenge of ranking up and not much to do once being fully maxed out but I do miss that P10 feeling :p! OpPvP was my other main thing and I do remember having some footage I recorded of me playing it. Call it a 1v1 or whatever but this was in 2014... When XP bars dictate how many kills you had and there wasn't any speed or jumping pots :p! This was a long time back so plz no h8 :p! I have changed with some new footage I recorded in the holidays :p ! There really isn't much else to say. I have tried many gamemodes out such as Prison, Skywars, KitPvP, Minigames etc. and have grown to like most of it. I have tried at least all the gamemodes once! That is a personal achievement . Another personal achievement would be not obtaining any infractions (mutes, bans etc). Now I will explain the title of this thread. Recently, I have started school and I am going to have to start taking a lot more responsibility and make commitments to make sure that I can obtain as much from this before my final exams in 2 years (I will be taking one this year). Between now and the final exams, I have to dedicate a lot of time to my academics and work in order to maintain to the standards as it is getting more challenging! I haven't just given up Mineverse but Minecraft in general because I need to start working hard now and one of the sacrifices would be Minecraft and other games I play. Some might wonder, If I am quitting, why don't I just give my account away or sell it... Well another bit of news to add is that, I wouldn't say I have fully quit but I will be extremely inactive and that I won't be on for a definite 6 weeks or so... When I say that I'm quitting, I'm talking mostly about the server. I will be on forums from time to time but I won't be active. There will be some times when I will be on but maybe just to view the forums as I don't have that much time anymore! So I will be using my account but not as often as the last 2 years! And finally, I would like to thank a few people who have been an inspiration and friend in-game and some have been in my life! @lapfuwong - Even though your account may be banned/deleted, you know how much of an inspiration you have been in-game as well as in my life. You are such a close friend to me and we will keep in touch! @KLD_Gamer - A good friend to play with, even though for the past 3 months we haven't really played this server together (and you haven't played that much in a long time) but we have played on other ones, along with @lapfuwong, we became good friends through MV opprison! @Jen - When you were a moderator, you were a great person to have a chat with and talk to and extremely friendly and one player I have known for a while. @Van - Wherever you are, I always want you to know that you were one of the first friends on MV! You've helped me on so many gamemodes and we worked together helping each other a lot with items and in-game cash! You made such an abrupt exit on the server and forums which does sadden me! <3 I'm sorry if you haven't been mentioned but these people have helped me a lot and for those that I didn't, I won't forget you or your IGN! So it really has been an adventure on Mineverse, a server that I can truly say is one of my favorite! Signing out with my last thread and possibly last message!
