On augustus 1th I bought a god rank, and paid 74 euro's. (100 USD)
Today on August 4th I still didn't receive the God Rank. When can I expect it? I really can't wait!!!

Are you sure you entered the correct minecraft username. They are case sensitive, so any capitals in your name you needed to have entered that capital. If you have lowercase letters, and you entered them as Lower case letters, then that is (most likely) why it didn't work.


Please include evidence of your purchase, and include your in game name. Post it here and a mod will report it to CypriotMerks or Noobcrew (CypriotMerks-Co Owner Noobcrew-Owner of Mineverse)

Well i did not use [email protected] i just sent cypriot a skype message with my proof and got my donation rank back and me levels transferred maybe try this his skype is cypriotmerks69.
