Hello there Bjra, first of all I'm sad that you haven't recevied your rank afther your name change, but to get it back I recommend you to show proof that you was a "God" rank. Send a mail to: [email protected] and fill out this template: My exact in game name is: My purchased rank is/was: My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: Also I want you to be aware of that that email support get tons of mails everyday. It can take a bit to get a answer so if you haven't got the rank back afther showing your evidence try sending it again afther 6 days. Hope this helped, Van.
