[Global] Screensharing/SS Plugin

You trigger me, you complain about banning someone if they log off, then you complain about not banning someone when they do, what's the big deal it just helps the server out, no one is going to look at your browser history and see the freaky stuff you watch.

 

@Clxrity, may I have a reason for the no-support?

 

I agree most mineverse staff don't have much knowledge, they just ban the blatant people. But have no way to catch auto clickers/ghost clients. That's a fact because 90% of them don't even pvp to begin with so they lack experience big time.

 

Opions are opinions, but how are visually seeing hacks being used on user's screen... Not a reliable scource of evidence?

No support, I would just take the ban rather than screenshare. This is an incredibly annoying way to ban hackers which will only result in a ton of people getting falsely banned.

 

No server I have ever played on has done this as it is completely ridiculous, invades people's privacy, and will lead to a lot of confusion. I would simply not play on a server I found out did this.

Accused Player: "Frozen wth is this... screenshare?! I don't have time for this crap *leaves and is auto banned*"

If you read earlier posts, by default. The player doesn't get banned when logged out.

For this server: yes I have no attachment to this server and can a hundreds like it. I have no interest in showing some random person my screen because they think I'm hacking in a block game. I value my privacy much higher than a month playing on this server

Then what exactly is the point of this then? They simply leave and come back? And if they remain frozen when they come back that is equivalent to a ban anyway

 

what privacy what are mods going to see when they are checking your computer?? they are going through your minecraft folder, unless you hide private documents in your minecraft folder but then you got major problems.
