It says gels is banned from the shop it might have been because one of my accs were banend for charge back on one of my accs but was long ago and it was unbanned from janice because the person scammed me and charged back you can look at my messages and appealrs(MartySniper) Scammed me.

 

To purchase from Tebex you need a certain score and chargebacks, (whether they're made by you or not) go on your record and can prevent you from purchasing from the store. I am fairly certain it's set at 30% for chargebacks.

 

If you're indeed blacklisted from Tebex/Buycraft, you'll need to take it up with them as there is little if anything Mineverse staff can do from here. You can contact them here.
