Im sorry but i see no reason to say that you give kit god to players it's not exactly helping you at all to become a mod. (as they said being a donater does not make a difference on if you get accepted and giving people your kit doesn't help either) i would recommend taking the part about you donating your kit off and put something that would actually matter on if you are applying (sorry if i was rough but this is constructive criticism)
