I simply want to help out as much as possible. I am online at strange times sometimes, so I can help people when no other staff are on at the moment. I really enjoy staffing and helping people in general. I am a kind and helpful person. Community I would like to help improve the community, such as removing toxicity. Mineverse being mature and respectful, I can help the community come together. Helping individuals in Teamspeak and Minecraft can help with impatience, making the server less toxic. Communication is key, if we don't help others, they will get mad waiting hours to talk to a staff member. Staff Community I would try to help the staff bond together and become a better community. Sometimes I see the CavePvp staff team be a little rocky. I can help the staff team be more professional with my expierience and I can stop the constant staff disrespect I see on the server all the time. If we do everything correctly and professionally, nobody will be called "immature" or bad at their job. New Experience From being staff on Mineverse, such as becoming an expert at screensharing. I am a quick learner thanks to my diversity in servers, so I can gain experience very quickly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What makes you a better choice than other applicants?: I have 2 computer screens, so I can have Minecraft/Discord open at almost all times. I am available at almost any time on the weekends and any time after school on weekdays. Rules Because I have been staff on multiple servers, I know that you MUST follow the rules to continue being staff. Also, this experience has made me remember most basic rules almost all servers have. If you don't follow rules in general, you will be punished for it, so you will probably be demoted if you are staff and do not follow the rules. Activity I will be on as much as possible to help out the community every day. If I am not the server, I can help people through Discord or Teamspeak. If you are not active, you will not be able to make a change on the server and help out the community. Honesty I will be honest to everyone in the community, including players and the staff team. By being honest you can get a lot done. Lying will just lead to failure. Nobody wants a liar, and that will make you untrustworthy if you lie. Trust Because I am not very well known throughout the community, it will be hard to gain trust, but over time, you will see that I am a very trustworthy person. I would never abuse or grief. You need trust in order to be staff, especially Mod+ because they have more permissions than Trial-Moderator. Communication I can communicate through Teamspeak, Discord, and Minecraft at any moment. If I am on my phone, I can still talk through Discord. If you have no way of communicating, you have no way in updating staff or the community in what is going on on the server or on Discord and Teamspeak. Screensharing I know how to Screenshare mostly. I am familiar with basic tools and ways to find GUIs to see if a player is cheating. The only thing I can't do is use strings, but that will be easy to learn. Screensharing is not necessary to be staff, but it is very important, especially in Mineverse. Bias Bias is very important in muting or banning people. If you have bias, you will be quickly demoted. You need to be fair. If your friend is cheating, you need to ban them, even if they want to harass you after the ban. Others will be happy that another cheater is gone from the server. Experience As you can see, many of these reasons have to do with experience, such as screensharing and rules, and I have quite a bit of experience as staff on other servers. I'm not an expert at Screen Sharing, but I know most things except strings. Also, I am really fast to remember rules and see if somebody breaks them. I have common sense. Community I will try to make the community the best it can be. I will try to find and ban as many cheaters as I can find. If the community is broken, people will be toxic. GalaxyGames (Proof): Another factions server I was staff on. The Owner was really nice but he spent so much money on the server he didn't earn it back so he gave up. The rest of the servers were/are really small so I'll just mention them without proof if that is alright. GalasticMC: The worst HCF Owner on the planet. No need to say more. AnchorMC: My friend had a server with some people on it.
