Okay so like badlion, gotpvp, kohi, parapots, etc all have Arena/ Practice pvp gamemode, I thought that'll be a good idea for Mineverse it's a great way to be taught how to be better at pvp especially with 1.9 coming.
Why do we need to practice? Is this a professional sport? I don't understand these types of gamemodes....
Essentially, Practice PvP is a 1vs1 duel aspect. Players can fight each other using chosen kits and maps. Badlion, Kohi, ParaPractice etc have this feature, and the reason this would be wonderful is people have trouble 1v1ing other players as teams and other players intervene and ruin a battle. Duel PvP or Practice PvP can be set up in either OP or KitPvP by implementing the /duel [player] [kit] [Map (Optional)] command. Hit detection is an issue on many PvP servers, and I myself have practiced where hit detection is poor, this can help when fighting with higher hit detection. Hackers are easily caught in this gamemode as well because whereas hack protection can be enabled, players dueling can also record hackers and post a report easily. I would give full support to this suggestion! -Crits
