Civilization is a HUGE game. Each game could take up to 12 hours to even a day. In this game you will pretty much pick one of four teams. Teams could be as following: -North America -Asia -Africa/Europe - South america Each team could hold up to 75 players. Plot of the game: In this game there is a giant map. Think of a survival games map (with the big dome thingy) and multiply that by three. It will take awhile to travel across the "Earth". Anyways, the plot of the game is to reach the other Continents and do whatever is possible to bring them down. There will be a point like system for "taking down" players. If a continent reaches below 100 points, players will start starving to death. *Cured if you get above 100 points If a continent is above 500 points the continent will get a speed boost/air drop at their base *Happens once. **Speed boost goes away if you drop below 500 points. Getting/Losing points: Ways to lose points: -Die (-1) -Get robbed (-20) -Taken prisoner in enemy territory (-20) -Mass death *More than 10 deaths within 30 seconds (-25) -Disease (-25) Getting points: -Kill +1 -Rob another continent +20 -Take a prisoner +20 -Inflict major damage on an enemy +25 -Deliver a disease to another continent. +25 -*Doctor Only: Cure a player of its disease +1 Kits: *All special items here will be explained later Alchemist: Full leather, iron sword, 16 steak, bow, 20 arrows, gold apple, disease vial. Warrior: Full leather armor, diamond sword (sharp I), 16 steak, 1 strength I potion Archer: Full leather armor, wood sword (KB 1), 16 steak, bow (power II, infinity I) 1 arrow, 1 speed potion. Theif: Leather hat/chestplate, iron sword (sharp I), lock pick, 3 smoke bombs, 16 steak Doctor: Leather armor, stone sword, medi gun, first aid kit, 15 steak Donor kits: Wizard: Stick that shoots fire balls, leather pants/chest, wood sword, 2 potion of slowness, 15 steak Hunter: Wolf Egg, 3 bones, hunting rifle, 30 bullets, 15 steak Ninja: No armor, iron sword (Sharp II), invis powder, speed powder, 5 shruikens, 15 steak Cow Owner: Full leather armor. Cow Power stick, 16 steak, stone sword, milk launcher Important kit items: Disease Vial: Place at enemy base to inflict a disease. Diseases cause weakness I in all enemies of the inflicted continent Smoke Bomb: Creates a puff of smoke for a quick escape Lock Pick: Has a 20% chance of unlocking a vault in an enemy bank. 5 uses before it breaks Medi-Gun: Shoots a vaccine at a friendly diseased target, curing them of the disease and giving the team one point. Unlimited uses, but a 30 second cooldown First Aid Kit: Regen I is given to a damaged friend. 1 minute cooldown Wizard Wand/Stick: Shoots fireballs. Fun right? Hunter Rifle: Item such as a blaze rod that shoots a bullet. Can have 5 bullets loaded at once. Each bullet deals 5 damage (2.5 hearts) per hit. *If hit in head, instant kill Invis Powder/Speed Powder: Gives you invis/speed(I) for 10 seconds. 5 minute cooldown. Shruiken: Throwing stars (Probably a arrow or something) that shoots a projectile dealing 5 full hearts of damage if you hit an enemy. Only 5 per life, so be sure to hit the target And now, my personal favorite: Cow Power Stick: Spawns a wave of cows (Should cover about 5 blocks) that will stampede people in a 5 block cone. Deals 3 full hearts of damage is you hit a guy with a cow, and knocks them back 3 blocks or so. Milk Launcher: Cures any status effects of enemies such as strength, invis, speed, etc. (Does not work on allies) Each continent should consist of the following: -Spawn room -Armory -Shop -Bakery (food stuffs) -Bank (Rob stuff here) -Water treatment plant (Where the disease is placed) You are allowed to mine in the map. You can then trade some supplies with villagers that own shops to get items. Mobs can be enabled, but I would advise to not allow them to spawn in cities/bases. Players can set a home wherever they may want, but when they die it WILL be reset to prevent camping and whatnot. The game will end once a team either reaches 1000 points, or when all other teams points reach 0. This is a BIG game idea, so if it was chosen it would be one insane plugin to code. I do not expect this to get accepted, but if it would I would appreciate you mentioning any changes you may make to it. UPDATE Players should get money over time and that money will store in a virtual bank. No saving needed as it will just gather the more the player plays.

Completely original. I used to be a member of a game idea committee on another server, and this was one idea I never finished. Well, I finished it now, and it seems that this server could use a new minigame or two.
The plugin would be really hard to make also kits and more it would be hard but it sounda amazing. Africa FTW :3 ^^
Just a little side note, but I have like 7 other ideas for major gametypes. I will try to get some typed up and post them sometime.
Well if the games will take aproximatley 12 hours and 75 players for each team it may take a while to set up a game and the players waiting so I would change the 75 players but overall everything is great. So try changing the team limit.
I like it but the problem is that way to many people will quit before the game even finishes. Maybe you can fix that before it becomes an issue?
I had a little idea to help that actually. Every 20-30 minutes there is an intermission where everyone can take a break/get rewards. The intermission should be about 2-3 minutes long and will give out currency to all people who completed that section.
You do not have to play for 12+ hours. there are little intermissions every 20 or so minutes where people get rewards and a little break :P
I like this, we really need to get an original minigame, since %90 are games you'd see on any other server, and the last 2 gamemodes were based off of Sethbling (if Blocks vs. Zombies came before Skygrid, but I don't remember)
Yeah it would cause alot of lag for mineverse, thoug it could be added on another server were you still have your rank (Just messing around with thoughts)
