Game-Breaking Glitch in Creative (for me)[Resolved]

Ever since a guy teleported to me in creative a LONG time ago, I am no longer able to use /friends, /staff, or most any other command. Every time I use those commands, Minecraft crashes. Yes, I have changed my version, but the problem still persists. I have looked through the logs and have found what is causing the problem: Minecraft is trying to load someone's head (for some reason beyond my knowledge), and is failing in doing so. Minecraft has crashed 3 times now (within 10 minutes of this post) and it is literally destroying my ability to do creative, which is one of my favorite parts to play in. I have found the dude whose head belongs to, but I can not find their username; Minecraft is giving their UUID. I am hoping that staff, especially the owner, can help me out with this. Their UUID is as listed below:

I suggest trying to clear your inventory. You can either do /ci or you can go to the Shop>Extras, and buy (it's free) a 'Clear Inventory' option that should take effect if you log into Creative after a few minutes.
If you're unable to leave the spot you were teleported to, you can either do /spawn or there buy (it's also free) a 'Teleport to Spawn' option.
